Even when he does get back to you, his help is almost worthless. He can’t explain anything and he has zero patience. Syncing report are like going back to AOL dial-up. Super slow and overly complicated. Everything about this app is slow and antiquated. Picture taking is a big hassle. The only good thing about this app is the DDID available comment. I really tried to stay with the app as this is what we used while undergoing certification and I’ve used the app for two months now conducting inspections.
