## Home Tester Club Description
Home Tester Club is the world’s largest online community of shoppers who test products and share honest reviews to help fellow shoppers buy better. It’s home to thousands of product reviews and, by joining the club, you’ll get to participate in free product tests, with products delivered straight to your door.

Home Tester Club is completely free to join. All we expect in return is your honesty! Love your new shampoo? Not a fan of that new biscuit flavor? We want to know. Your product reviews will not be censored on Home Tester Club. Help others buy better by sharing your honest product experiences.

By joining our community, you can earn points, badges, and compete in our Top Contributor program, which offers you benefits and access to exclusive product tests. The highest scoring members are shown on the leader board and, by contributing meaningful reviews and earning the most points, you can climb your way to the top!

When you sign up as a member, we’ll ask a few questions to help us understand your profile. Combining this information with the questions relevant for each product test, we will determine the best members to test a product.
With each test you participate in, you can track your status and view tasks to be completed. You can also ask questions or answer queries from other members about brands and products.

The voice of the customer is the most credible voice of all. Your honest reviews and feedback will help other members buy better, and help the worlds leading brands develop better products for shoppers like you.

## Home Tester Club Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Pointless"
This used to be a great app. You would get great product recommendations, feel part of a community and connected to other members by helping answer questions. Over the past year it’s become pointless. Receive no product tests anymore and can’t ask or answer product questions. Such a shame as it used to be a great way to find and try new products.
-- Laffer7, 2026-07-07

### ***-- "Not sure what has been updated"
Still unable to upload photos or videos.
-- AndyWrites, 2026-02-13

### *---- "Bad app"
Poor UI, very slow and constantly lagging/glitching
-- The1andOnlySky, 2025-09-05

### ***** "Home Tester Club"
Absolutely love this app!! Should be 5 Star
-- NicBartle, 2025-08-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Cannot log in after update. Ask you to fill in profile but will not let you click the confirm button. It’s been like this for weeks. Sort it out please.
-- CatLover215, 2025-04-02

### ***-- "Apple ID sign in"
So I created an account using Apple ID via the webpage then when I downloaded the app I signed in using Apple ID. However it hasn’t recognised the old Apple ID account so now I have 2 Apple ID accounts that won’t let me sign in to. Keeps coming up with error message. I deleted the most recent Apple ID account on my iPhone but every time I try to sign in it just creates a new one then I’m back to square one with 2 accounts I can’t get into 😩 scared I’m going to loose all my progress, reviews, points and products. Any advice. Please help. Thanks
-- Tabsb2013, 2025-03-20

### ***** "It’s like Christmas come early"
I’ve had plenty of great products sent though the post and all I have to do is write a review! Brilliant!
-- Cgarnett98, 2024-12-19

### ***-- "The current and previous tabs don’t work in the review tabs."
I have to go online to do everything in this app. I’m on iOS 18 but this has been happening over the entire past year and I’m on iPhone 15. I’ve lost all future tasks because of this. I cannot access anything to submit my completed tasks. And I’ve had no communication at all from the support team. Needs fixed so other people don’t end up where I am.
-- cakecaitlin, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Mr"
Can’t add reviews. Found items at home that I have tried an used, and thought might be helpful for others, but every time I add one, I keep getting unsaved changes error message. And this is happening on the app.
Also I don’t understand how some people managed to the to 200k points in the first day of the month of the monthly point challenge. What am I doing wrong?!
-- Mr badadadam, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Doesn’t let me log in with Apple ID"
Won’t let me log in with Apple ID
-- bumlip, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Unable to do Q&A because of bugs"
I am unable to answer questions on the app to earn points. I always get an error message saying I have unsaved changes and it does not save my answer or award me points. Very disappointed
-- Foggy io, 2024-05-29

### ***** "Simple"
Really easy and simple to navigate the app, I find it so much better than the web version. Since returning to using Home Tester Club, after hearing about the app, I’ve earned plenty of points and a few products to test.
-- Meeko25, 2024-03-19

### ***** "Amazing"
Amazing app defo worth downloading
-- nsu8264;, 2024-03-18

-- Amz89, 2024-03-17

### ***** "Fabulous concept and great to try new products"
Really love this concept, the app is really easy to navigate, although there were bugs, they have been fixed and the company are very proactive when it comes to resurrecting issues. Love home tester club ❤️

Downloaded this as soon as it was available as the website can be slow to navigate.
