## Home V Description
Home V App is an easy-to-use security system that keeps your family safe with interactive monitoring of your home. Advanced features include: stream live video, two-way communication, play recorded videos, instant motion alert, colorful night vision and works with Alexa. It covers your entire house and allows you to stay aware of what's happening 24/7. 


Automatic Renewal Service Rules
If you click to subscribe, activate and use Cloud Plan automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.
You understand and agree:
1. If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service and you do not explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the relevant entities will be bound from the time you activate this automatic renewal service 1 day before each subscription period is about to expire. The service fee for the next subscription period will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") such as the pre-defined self-owned recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, etc., thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period . You should pay attention to the status of the above accounts and deductible balances. The risks and/or losses such as failure to renew due to account problems or insufficient balance will be borne by you.
2.Subscription period: No expiry date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
3. You confirm and agree that Puwell have the right to adjust service prices. If Puwell intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to announcements on the site, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel this automatic renewal service in accordance with these rules; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent charges deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fee; if you are subscribing Cancellation within 24 hours before the expiration of the period, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service fee, and then stop the withholding service. After this automatic renewal service is canceled, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
4. The method for automatic renewal users to unsubscribe is as follows:
Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase): Open the Apple phone "Settings" --> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", Go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", and select your Cloud Plan subscription to cancel it. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function 1 day before the subscription period expires, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted.
Third party payment: You can cancel your subscription by going to the Cloud Services Subscription Management or by going to the third party payment platform.
5. Puwell can also stop continuing to provide you with automatic renewal services according to the needs of its operating strategy. Your Cloud Plan service period will terminate on the date of the expiration of the current service period.

This app has full Wi-Fi and does not consistently connect to the Wi-Fi. I literally have to stand next to the device with my phone next to the Wi-Fi for it to connect and work properly meaning it’s useless when I’m trying to check the cameras and I am not at home.They need to work some things out and I do not recommend this app.

This app/software is garbage.  Lag, infrequent or no notification.  Cameras go offline constantly.  Cloud footage hit or miss. Motion detection decides on its own when it wants to detect.  Generic settings-limited customization to enhance basic features a security camera should have. Please fix it…not rocket science!

### **--- "Virtavo App Review: Poor Connectivity Despite Strong WiFi"
I’ve been using the Virtavo app with my cameras, and I’m quite disappointed. Despite having excellent WiFi coverage and running speed tests that show no issues, the app consistently struggles to connect. The cameras frequently show as offline even when they’re clearly connected. Cloud recording is also hit or miss—sometimes it saves, other times it just doesn’t. Given my strong internet setup, it seems like the app itself isn’t reliable. Needs some serious updates to improve stability.

Been over a year with this. The cameras either pick up every single movement or nothing at all. They’ll set of over 100 times if the bush moves but it won’t pick up a delivery from the driveway to the front door (4 cameras). God forbid you want to add a second person because if they log in, it logs the other user out. Deleting video? Check back a few hours later and it’s still there. I wish I could still get a refund for these.

Had my cameras for almost a year and I’ve tried numerous to go in and look at all the events when they happen for recording one recording the very last one so if something happens and you need to look at the other events you cannot I’m thinking of switching to a better company that allows you to look at event so you know if something has happened to your home I bought these for security reason

Got my email address scammed by this app. Passwords were taken hostage. Using my alias to ping info about my house and where I am for illicit purposes. I got solicitors I never wanted showing up cause they felt safer around the property than I did.

I love these cameras. I have three of them now however one of them tends to miss a lot of things like deliveries or people walking up to my front door they can drive right in front of the camera or walk in front of it and I will not get a notification. Yet the one in the backyard will not notify me every time a bird flies by! I have tried to reset it multiple times I just cannot figure it out. It gives me notifications when it wants to. But I love my other two for some reason this one just doesn’t want want to seem to notify me.

I was happy when I first got this app and cameras a year ago but since then it’s been steadily getting more and more inconsistent. I’ll have long stretches with no notifications when I know for a fact there were people on my porch (UPS, mailman, myself) and now I’m getting notifications but no recordings. And when I do get recordings, half the time you can’t watch them due to upload failures. I’m starting to wonder what I’m wasting my money for.

We’ve had the camera for about eight months.

We had an answer at our house tonight while I was away. My wife was home. Somebody tried to open our front door and she tried to call the police

I got home. I went to the drawer where I had the camera because we were kind of still decide where to put it, and I said it on the windowsill. Turned it on set it up

As soon as getting the app and everything connected, and it said that the camera needs to go through a firmware update 

update took about 10 minutes

There’s a lot of setting issues 
I had everything on the motion tracking the other systems the notifications

I got no sound, but there was a notification message on my notifications on my iPhone

I checked in the app and there was a file to be viewed for an event of motion capture 

When I went to click on the file or you kick me out of the app or not open, and the file wouldn’t open 

Some of the settings would fail 

about two hours of having the camera on.

I checked the app and it said that there was another firmware update 

I screenshot it the previous firmware version and  the new version numbers.

It said it showed the numbers were from the previous version. It didn’t update to the new version that was different numbers when I would click on check for updates that says that I’m at the current firmware update.

So not a fan of this camera yet
