I done about 10 of these workouts so far. the leveling system is great. i’m seeing and feeling results.
It’s a good way to get a workout my advice is take it slow it may take long but it will start to show your progress physically
I’m using it to build muscle and it’s working and you can really feel the burn on the workouts and it will help you really well
It is simple to use and seems to be very effective. The different levels makes it easy to progress!
