## Homecase Description
HOMECASE ist eine Kommunikationsplattform rund um jedes Haus. Sie vereinfacht die Arbeit zwischen allen, die um das Haus etwas zu tun haben, egal ob Hausverwalter, Mieter, Eigentümer, Hausmeister oder Dienstleister.

Über diese Plattform besteht die Möglichkeit, die Personen zentral miteinander zu verbinden. So kann eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten problemlos funktionieren.
Auch Mieter oder Eigentümer untereinander haben hier die Möglichkeit sich auszutauschen und so die Hausgemeinschaft zu stärken.

Seit mehreren Wochen kann man neu eingestellte Nachrichten nicht sofort lesen, da die Fehlermeldung erscheint „Die Nachricht existiert nicht. Eventuell wurde sie gelöscht.“ Das ist aber nicht korrekt, denn man kann in der Vorschau sehen, dass es die neue Nachricht gibt. Erst wenn Stunden später die Mitteilung über den Eingang per Mail kommt, kann die Nachricht vollständig gelesen werden.

Zwar von ETW Verwalter empfohlen aber für ipad ungeeignet. Tablet im Querformat mit Bluetooth-Tastatur wie PC kann man schlecht drehen. Büroarbeit am Telefon ist unbefriedigend. Brauchbar nur wenn Tablet-Version verfügbar wird. Deshalb nur 1 Stern wie Frittenbude:-))

es fehlt eine Universal-App, die auf dem Tablet gleichermaßen funktioniert. Bislang nur iPhone-Version, die nur in Portrait-Modus und mit der alten 1x/2x-Vergrößerung auf dem iPad läuft. Somit auf dem iPad nicht brauchbar!
