## HomeControl Flex Description
HomeControl Flex delivers total security system awareness, anywhere, anytime. Remotely arm your system, allow specific users to access and receive notifications of any alarm status change, easily and securely. HomeControl Flex lets you know when your kids get home, or if your alarm system was not armed when you left for work, and when an alarm goes off while you’re away. It’s peace of mind in the palm of your hand.

Stay connected to up to 5 different monitored properties with a single login, with full access to remote arming and notifications. This app requires a compatible Telguard system and a HomeControl Flex service plan. Telguard devices are professionally installed systems that are compatible with most existing panels to add cellular communications and remote access. ## HomeControl Flex Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
Horrible. This is a crappy app that has never worked properly and I’ve had to use it for over 3 years now. It’s always a massive failure.
-- CSlimmer, 2023-09-11

### *---- "Terrible!!"
Used if for a couple years with little trouble. However now I just kicks me out EVERY time I try to log in. So frustrating. I can’t set an alarm, disarm, nor see anything else. This is a terrible AP and I would avoid any company that uses it. Ask first!
-- Cabby62, 2023-01-16

### **--- "App not useful"
Have had this app for several years, but recently it will not allow us to log in and set the alarm. Also, when attempting to access the app it doesn’t recognize my email address and doesn’t recognize my login information. How can all this be resolved?
-- Rick-Pops, 2022-07-19

### *---- "NEVER WORKS RIGHT."
It’ll say the space is armed when it is not. Never accurate. Really scary for a security app. Fix it!!
-- Ciniran Kolburg, 2022-07-02

### ***** "Works for me"
I have had this for 6 years on a house in Georgia, and I live n Florida.

It works every time, when someone opens the door in Ga. I am notified immediately, and when they lock and leave I get a notice immediately.

Not sure why these other people are unhappy my first guest it was poorly installed.

### *---- "Bad bad bad"
Super bad

### *---- "I’d Give Zero stars if possible"
Absolutely the most frustrating and poorly functioning app you can find.
-- Morning woo die, 2021-07-31

### *---- "Worst system ever"
If I can give it zero stars I would. This “app” is crap. Will not engage with the system, even if you are right on top of it. Tech support, or lack there of says I need a new device to connect because my iPhone 12pro is out of date and needs to be upgraded. And if I am so unhappy I can just go out and get something else. This system is a sham!!!!

### *---- "The worst!!"
Horrible app!!! Never works!!!
-- MrsChrissyM, 2021-02-20

### **--- "UPDATE"
This app needs general maintenance, and updating. Works sometimes, but more problems more frequently recently. Just fix it. We pay you to secure our house. It’s easy to find a new provider.
