## Homedics SereneScent Reviews in United States

### *---- "Only one device at a time?!"
Seriously shocked - why can’t this support multiple devices at once? Even if I had to switch devices I could live with it but when you clock “new device” it ONLY SHOWS THE MODEL - not a unique identifier and not the friendly name you can assign.

So disappointing.
-- Mr.jonnym, 2025-01-08

### *---- "Firmware Update and Bluetooth"
It asked me to update firmware from V.5 to V.18 but it doesn’t update at all. It’s frustrating. The Bluetooth doesn’t connect when turning the device on the app. So I would disconnect and re-connect the power in order for the Bluetooth to acquire signal on my iPhone. It’s frustratingly annoying
-- Pnoycali, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Bluetooth"
App doesn’t even hook up. Keeps saying device not found.
-- Bekkij0869, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
App is useless. Wasted way too much of my valuable time trying to connect it to my Apple phone.
Product is great, app isn’t
-- Kailuahulagirl, 2025-01-05

### *---- "App does not work"
App does not go past the first page shown above. The app would not locate the diffuser so the app is worthless. Loved the scent and diffuser but no app.
-- KeepSmiling, 2025-01-05

### **--- "Updates"
I brought my unit Dec 2024. It will not update, it will still say “Device Version 5. Latest Version 18, therefore it appears that my Device is 13 updates behind it just will not update from version 5 to version 18. I like the unit but the app is just a poor excuse to entice buyers. Please fix this problem I’m sure I’m not the only one.
-- No Nick name they all take, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Cannot connect to diffuser"
Can’t connect to diffuser and there’s no troubleshooting help 😭😭😭
-- Hlee01, 2025-01-04

### *---- "App is worthless"
Can’t connect to my device.
-- Antbritt, 2025-01-01

### **--- "Missing support for multiple devices"
Agree with others that limiting to only one device is a huge design flaw.

I positioned these around the home with the intent of setting a schedule. Very disappointing but hoping it's fixed in a future software version update.

Otherwise, scents are great hoping the app quirks can be resolved.
-- Laidiess, 2024-12-31

### **--- "Not multi device friendly"
Need to have multiple device management and more scheduling options. Not very useful for those wanting multiple devices to make the whole house smell good.
-- C13dragon, 2024-12-30
