Da gibt man extra mehr Geld aus für die Wlan-Version und dann klappt das verbinden nicht. 
Leider die Rezessionen hier zu spät gelesen, sonst wäre es sicher ein anderer Hersteller geworden…

Super App in der Nix funktioniert. Die Anmeldung funktioniert nicht, da wird ein Fehler angezeigt. Will ich die App neu starten wird ein Fehler angezeigt. Neu installieren bringt mich auch nicht weiter.

### *---- "CONN-3 Fehler - Geräte können nicht eingerichtet werden"
Gestern wurde zuerst die Firmware aktualisiert. Danach war das Gerät nicht mehr verbunden, obwohl die WLAN Leuchte ständig leuchtet. Auch nach dem Update der App zeigt die App den Status Gerät nicht verbunden (HD9880/90). Wird die App neu gestartet, dann verbindet sich das Gerät kurz um dann wieder abzubrechen. Der Router zeigt in der Liste der verbundenen Geräte die MAC Adresse des Airfryers an. Ist dort eingerichtet. Immerhin gut, nach dem erfolgreichen Update der Firmware werden jetzt neben der Version auch die ip und Mac Adressen angezeigt. Schlecht: Die fehlerhafte Version der HomeID App
Installation eines 2. Airfryers ist nicht möglich, immer wieder bricht der Anmeldeprozess im letzten Schritt ab.

Alle Geräte in der App löschen und alle Einstellungen der Geräte auf Werkseinstellungen zu setzten bringt auch keinen Erfolg. Auch ein Neustart des Routers schafft keine Abhilfe.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die schlechte Qualität der App. Die Einrichtung sollte doch einfach sein, zumal der Airfryer ein Premium Gerät sein soll.

Haben Sie als Entwickler einen Lösungsvorschlag?

Update6.12.2024
Das 1. Gerät wurde auf Empfehlung des Kundenservice an Philips zurückgeschickt. Am 5.12.2024 habe ich das neuerworbene 2. Gerät erhalten. Eine Einbindung in die HomeID App war nur möglich, nachdem ein neues HomeID Konto angelegt wurde. Nach kurzer Zeit hat das Gerät im Standby die Firmware erfolgreich aktualisiert. Danach zeigt die HomeID App das Gerät als nicht verbunden an.

Mein Vorschlag: Vor Erweiterung neuer Funktion (Adventkalender und Bestellprozess), die auch unfertig und scheinbar nicht getestet sind, sollte erst einmal die Grundfunktionalität Bedienung über HomeId App sicher und zuverlässig funktionieren.

Gerät ist immer noch im WLAN eingebunden (in den Routereinstellungen sichtbar, es werden auch Datenpakete ausgetauscht)
HomeID App versucht das Gerät zu finden (Philips Server), zeigt dann aber, Gerät ist nicht verbunden (Gerät grau dargestellt)

Achtung: nur dieser eine Airfryer ist auf dem HomeID Konto zugeordnet

Es wäre super, wenn die Fehler endlich behoben werden könnten.
Bitte nicht wieder als Lösung anbieten: alles zurücksetzten Gerät in der App löschen, gerät auf Werkeinstellungen zurücksetzen und WLAN Anbindung neu vornehmen

Ich habe gelesen, in der alten App konnte der Schritt wlan Anbindung übersprungen werden
