So glad I came across an IG ad introducing this app to me!! The features are so well-thought out. I love how payments held in escrow are only released to the supplier once the works are done and I have to be the one approving it.

I was a little apprehensive about which ID to go with as I’ve heard many horror stories about ID firms shutting down before renovation is completed. Luckily, I was also able to search for a reliable ID via this app. HomePay’s app displayed a list of verified interior designers where I can see their past projects and accreditations easily, and even enquire with them directly through HomePay.

You know what’s the best part? There are so many features that helped me as a first-time homeowner with 0 knowledge about renovation!! Features such as the renovation checklist and e-books were very informative and useful 🤭

Definitely recommend it to any Singaporean homeowners planning to renovate. 👍👏
