ปัญหาอยู่ที่ระบบการจัดส่ง และการรับสินค้า วันรับสินค้าเปลี่ยนในระบบด้วยตนเองใช้งานจริงไม่ได้ หากต้องการเลื่อนคิว ก็ต้องขึ้นอยู่กับวันและเวลาที่ว่างอีก การเลื่อนคิวไม่ได้เพราะคิวเต็มต้องเลื่อนไปวันไกลๆแทน ทำให้สินค้ายิ่งช้าไปอีก สินค้าสั่งวันเดียวกัน แต่ได้ของไม่พร้อมกัน ใช้เวลาเตรียมการส่ง ประมาณ15วัน (ส่งเกาะสมุย) มีการเลื่อน ส่งโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า
Bad customer service - DO NOT USE REPAIR SERVICE!!!!
Called customer service to schedule repairs for air con after the unit stopped working 2 weeks after using their cleaning service. Took 1 week for an engineer to inspect the unit and was advised they would call back next day to schedule the repairs. I called every day for an update and was told they would call me back same day but never did. it took 6 days requesting an update before finally receiving a response. DO NOT BOOK REPAIRS WITH HOMEPRO!!! Customer service representatives lie and don’t have solutions!!!!

อยากจะให้อัพเดทตัวแชร์ให้ใหญ่กว่านี้ค่ะไปอยู่ด้านบนสุดแชร์ไม่ได้เลยค่ะพยายามแชร์ลิงก์ให้เพื่อน หลายวันแล้วไม่ทราบว่าอัพเดทยังไงทำไมตัวแชร์เล็กกว่าเก่า อัพกลับให้ตัวแชร์เหมือนเดิมดีกว่านะคะ ส่วนตัวตอนนี้ใช้ iPad mini และ iPhone ได้ถ่ายหน้าจอส่งให้เพื่อน ของเก่าตัวแชร์ดีกว่าเยอะค่ะปรับปรุงนะคะ เพราะซื้อของบ่อยมากจากแอพโฮมโปรสะดวกสุดสุด

กดสั่งสินค้าไป ตัดเงินบัตรเรียบร้อยแล้ว โทรมาบอกว่าส่วนลดผิดพลาด จะยกเลิก คืนเงินให้ใน 1 วัน แต่เงินก็ไม่เข้าบัตรจริง ต้องไปตามกับธนาคารเอง
