## HomeQueue Description
Stop guessing what to do this weekend.

• Home jobs prioritised by effort, cost and importance
• Shared calendar and grocery lists for the whole household
• Assign tasks and get notified when they are done

Every homeowner knows the feeling. There is always something that needs doing. A tap that drips, gutters to clean, smoke detectors to check, a fence that leans a little more each winter. The list grows. You forget what is urgent. You cannot agree with your partner on what to tackle first. Weekends slip by without a plan.

HomeQueue fixes this. It is the only app that priority-scores every household job, plans your weekends around what matters most, and keeps your whole household in sync with a shared calendar, shared lists, and shared responsibility.

PRIORITY SCORING THAT DECIDES FOR YOU
Rate each job by effort, cost, and how much it matters to you. HomeQueue scores everything and ranks your list so you can see at a glance what to tackle first. Stop debating whether to fix the leaky tap or service the air conditioning. HomeQueue sorts it for you.

PLAN YOUR WEEKENDS, NOT YOUR STRESS
The Plan tab organises jobs by week, ranked by priority. Set your household's availability (hours per weekend, days you are away) and tap the flashing Optimise button. HomeQueue suggests the smartest schedule based on everyone's time, not just yours. Accept, reject, or drag jobs between weeks. Lock tasks in place when the plan is set.

SHARE THE LOAD WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD
Invite your partner, family, or housemates. Assign jobs to specific people and get notified when tasks are done. Owner, admin, and member roles keep permissions clear. Everyone sees the same plan. No more "I didn't know that needed doing."

HUB: SHARED CALENDAR AND LISTS
The Hub brings your whole household together in one place. Share a family calendar, create household task lists, and manage a shared grocery list with items organised by category. Everyone stays in sync across all their devices, in real time.

50+ MAINTENANCE TEMPLATES BUILT IN
Service the air conditioner. Clean the gutters. Check smoke detectors. Flush the hot water system. Choose from over 50 pre-built recurring maintenance templates or create custom ones with any interval. HomeQueue reminds you before critical upkeep falls behind.

CAPTURE JOBS IN SECONDS
Spot something that needs fixing? Say "Hey Siri, create a HomeQueue job" and it is captured instantly. Add details, photos, and priority later.

WORKS ACROSS ALL YOUR DEVICES
Everything syncs between your iPhone and the web app at homequeue.app. Add a job on your phone, plan your weekend on your laptop. Your household sees the same plan everywhere, always up to date.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Friday evening digest previews your weekend plan. Notifications fire when someone assigns you a task. Overdue upkeep reminders keep your home in top shape, not just clean, but properly maintained.

FREE TO START. PRO WHEN YOU ARE READY.
Free: 5 active jobs, 3 upkeep schedules, 1 household.
Pro: Unlimited jobs, unlimited upkeep, photo attachments, multiple households.

HomeQueue is for people who own property and want to stay on top of it, whether you live there or rent it out. Not for professional property managers or letting agencies. Just you, your property, and a clear plan for what to tackle next.

The homeQueue app has helped schedule those “forgotten” jobs that only ever get done once it’s too late. It also helps to keep everyone on the same page with those tasks too. Get this app!!
