## HomeServe Reviews in United States

### *---- "they tell me no account exists!! They cancelled my plan!!"
Home service canceled by repair and replace plan after being a customer for almost 3 years, this was done actually two times to me, I called to schedule them to come out for service and they told me no plan exist, I had paid every month for almost 3 years, I call for help and nobody will help me they just say I need to re-enroll again. I paid every month for well over two years and I spent all this money and now I have no coverage. i’m so disappointed and stressed out and nobody will help me.

### *---- "App developer reply to my complaints IS NOT acceptable!"
Why should I have to go online to manage my account when these issues with the app have NOT BEEN FIXED since it’s release. My online account has been active for years and it’s not perfect either!!! Canned responses are a waste of my time😡!
-- NOT WHAT I JOINED FOR, 2024-10-23

### *---- "Update does not fix login issues"
I even deleted the app and reloaded. It says oops logout.
-- DeoGratias, 2024-10-14

### ****- "Update problem"
After the update app crashes with message “Ooops logout”
Revised:
I deleted the app and reloaded it and it seems to work fine after that.
-- Moodman257, 2024-10-10

### *---- "App Just Says Oops!"
With the latest October 2024 update the app simply now says “oops” whenever logging in. Something seems to be seriously awry.
-- Chico21115, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Can’t update lists"
I got a postcard telling me to download this app so I can ditch my junk drawer. Well, it doesn’t work: I can’t add a photo, create a new entry or create a new list. iOS 18
-- Hot_guitar, 2024-09-21

### *---- "What happened??"
I loved this app after downloading from a This Old House recommendation. I have all my house info loaded into app and it was “auto populated” with manuals, kept track of warranty info and my uploaded receipts.i have recommended to countless friends and they loved it as well.
Then, it ends, no way to enter new items thus making the entire usefulness of the app disappear! Not sure what this was about but it totally disappointing. Please reinstate previous version or launch as separate app. It was so good, would be willing to pay for original version.
-- Dave Wilcke, 2024-08-05

### *---- "They just took out the best feature"
Can’t add items and store manuals anymore. I’ve recommended this appt I so many people for this feature! Now I won’t. Will be using another and transferring all my manuals.
-- SusieQ324, 2024-07-13

### **--- "New items"
Why did you stop the ability to add new items into MyList?
-- VMGHot, 2024-07-12

### *---- "Can’t add items anymore"
It’s really nice of you to take away that feature after I spent so much time adding 167 items now I have to use something else. No warning or anything. Pretty crappy of you!!!
