The engineer arrived shortly after my telephone call to HomeServe. The pipe was quickly repaired. The engineer was efficient and very professional. The water was turned back on and all was back to normal.I am so grateful for this service which was available late at night …you never know when a pipe will burst! It is impossible to link the three accounts using the App. So we still have to call to book an appointment. Pointless having an app really if they don’t link. Might as well use the website-based site that links all the policies together. It was so easy to do and they came out the sane day to fix it ! All I had to pay was my excess fee . Extremely impressed with the service. The engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly .
