## HomeSmart Agent Reviews in United States

### **--- "Subject: Login Issue with HomeSmart App"
Hello,

Each time I log into the HomeSmart app, I am prompted to enter my login information and password. After I enter my credentials, the app then asks me to download it again — even though the app is already installed on my phone. For some reason, the app does not save or remember my login information, and I am repeatedly asked to re-download it. Other than that, the app works great for me.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Thank you,
-- Kmg-realtor, 2025-09-16

### **--- "Not real smart"
It keeps crashing and signing me out every time I try to book a smart tour for my client.
-- K9dog161616, 2021-09-27

### *---- "So frustrating"
This is ridiculous. I can't even access the website anymore. The app doesn't have all the options that the website has. It's bad. And I just deleted the app and I still can't login through the web. STOP IT
-- 123boobaaabeee, 2020-02-26

### **--- "App doesn’t allow you to edit everything"
The app does not allow you to edit commissions or approve CDA’s. When I typed the site into my phone it only forwards me to the app.

When I’m on the go and I cannot edit transaction details it’s rather frustrating.
-- Ashley Kettering, 2019-12-19

### ****- "New Transactions"
We need to be able to create new transactions on the app. Having to wait until you’re on a computer is inefficient.
-- VPNOLARealtor, 2019-12-12

### ***-- "Commission approval"
I cannot approve my commission on the app
-- Bobby Lieb, 2019-12-10

### ***-- "New transactions sales"
I would like to be able to enter new sales or or listing on the app.
-- Juliana Baird, 2019-12-04

### **--- "Create transactions or contacts?"
This app needs to give the ability to create a transaction and/or contacts to the transaction on the mobile device. It’s fine for looking up what has already been created and uploading docs. But you can’t initiate a transaction from here and that’s what I really need to do. We are required to create transactions within just a few days. Obviously Realtors are on the road a lot, so it would be convenient to be able to do this on an iPad at a coffee shop between appointments.
-- Cindie Snell, 2019-11-06

### ***** "Good Stuff"
This is so much better than trying to go online on my phone. Super smooth and easy to use.
-- Anuoluwa, 2019-05-24

### *---- "RealSmart agent App"
Try all day to login to the app and would not allow me to use my agent username and the same password that I have had since I have been with this company. I call the said I need change my password it works on my chrome why should have to change it?
-- Jeff Pollaehne, 2019-05-23
