Issues in game

Would have given a higher star rating but everyday that I play this game I have problems. Game either freezes up or won't let me see certain areas I should be able to see.

Kept freezing and glitching

I really wanted to like this. It was all going good until it started glitching not letting me click on building to make stuff so I closed out and tried again it worked but then I would try to scroll and it froze. Again I did the close out and open again multiple times it would work for a second then freeze. So I’ve had enough. I really hope y’all can fix this problem and I may try again.

Disappointed

The last cowboy race, my alliance came first. Everyone got the reward except me. I emailed enixan three times, two times they replied back with an automated email, third time they ignored me. I let it go. Another race just ended, the trading at the market one, and they failed to give me my reward again. I emailed them immediately and they replied with same automated email. Instead of fixing the issue and giving me my reward, they took away all my coins and dollars, everything in my barn was gone. The achievements I made, reset. The points I acquired on the level I am now in, back to zero. I was going to overlook the fact that two times now they failed to provide me with the compensation I was promised, but resetting everything I achieved in this game? I’m devastated. I’m uninstalling this game. Wasted almost a year of my life playing this stupid game.

Buildings glitch out constantly

You cannot even click into buildings to produce product. Trash game.

Fix the glitches

Please, Please, Please fix this game. It constantly freezes, knocks me out. It is extremely glitchy. I like this game. I would love it if it operated smoothly. I would rate it 5 stars. It is very frustrating.

Won’t load

I like this game but it has issues loading and stops working a lot
