Homestreet Bank is the finest banking service I have known in my long life. The management and staff at the Wedgwood Branch are consistently supportive and quick to respond to helping me when needed.

I have had some considerable challenges this morning with the new system adjustments, and am uncertain whether to have succeeded in making the correct changes. 

Otherwise, never once have I been disappointed in choosing Homestreet Bank back in February 2008!

My FaceID login Stop Working

Also Please improve Dynamic scrolling. When I’m scrolling down in my account and if I did little bit too fast it’s reset and I am not where I was in scrolling. Also. If I select section of a particular transaction from my spending, once I go back it tries me on top of the page but should be at same place on that page where I selected before.

I love the fast personal service available at our local branch. Gina has worked there for decades. She always remembers me and has been extremely helpful. The app works well too. I like HomeStreet much better than a commercial bank across the street where getting service has been an issue.
