## Hometown Fan Reviews in United States

### *---- "App needs a MAJOR overhaul!"
I work at a venue that uses this app for patrons to purchase tickets. This app is HORRIBLE!!! A few patrons have shown me the hoops they must jump through to purchase tickets.
Why ask for more than one person’s info if only one ticket is being purchased?
What is the point of making them provide ALL of their contact information twice???
My supervisors want to force all of our patrons to purchase their tickets through this app. Unfortunately, if we do, we will lose A LOT of customers!!!!
-- Mi & Mo, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Locks up all the time and stupid pop up ads when all I want to do is buy a stupid ticket with inflated service charges. I hate that our school uses this as the only way to buy tickets for games!!!
-- 3399tiff, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Horrible App"
It shouldn’t be this hard to find an event. I try searching the school, the location, the event and get no results.
I’m just trying to watch our students at state…
-- M4Yz, 2024-12-06

### ***-- "Contact information"
I like the app but it was frustrating when I bought 10 tickets to a theater, it forces you to enter first, last name, email, phone number 10 times…once for each guest. Then it wants your contact information which is the same thing. All of this required just to buy tickets. It would be better to just use the contact information already entered when we signed up for the app…it has my email and everything. Then don’t require individual information unless we want to enter that for someone. Ideally I want to just find my seats, and checkout quickly…hope this gets considered. I have 4 kids in theater, so many more years.

### *---- "Does not work!!!"
I bought a family pass for football season and this app did not work at the gate a single time! Very poor application!
-- Thatcher4218, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Your checkout button does not work"
See above
-- Homer Smith1, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Took my money"
I bought a ticket and went to sign in to receive it and it told me to put in my number to get a verification code it never sent one. Then I put in my email and I never got the code. Wasted my money didn’t get to go to the event
-- Roadblocks008, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Garbage"
This app is absolute garbage. It should not be this difficult to purchase a ticket to see my own child play sports. I choose the tickets I want and when I hit the checkout button absolutely NOTHING happens. If you are reading this I hope for your sake you have an easier time trying to see your child play sports.
-- DailyMinefield, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Hometown fan"
Worst app I’ve ever used. No real “profile” or account. An account with a password or faceid would be nice. Searching in iOS for the word “home” to find the app gets no results. You have to search for “fan”. I have 3 kids between middle school and HS in the same district. Finding the right game to buy tickets is next to impossible. This app doesn’t act like any app I’ve used in the last 10 years android or ios. Terrible user experience start to finish.
-- Shoe47, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Broken Functionality, Worthless Support"
I reached out to support because tickets were suddenly no longer shareable from within Apple Wallet. The response I got was dismissive and condescending, trying to explain how to add tickets to Apple Wallet. Yeah, I did that. I used to be able to share my wife’s ticket with her from Apple Wallet, but you broke that for some reason. Don’t treat me like an idiot.
