So many rewards.

Love the app. The game gives lots of opportunities for savings, the 3 for 3, Air Miles bonuses and welcome reward. Lots of opportunities to save.

Doesn't Work

I like the hometown rewards but I have to use the website, the APP never works for me.

Beware!

I downloaded this app as I usually always go to my local Irving. As I have a truck and a large commute to work I filled up often. When I checked my reward the only one received was at another Irving. Contacted customer support who looked into this and emailed me back advising this Irving gas station does not participate in program.

Stupid

Not everyone has a cell phone, a home town card would have been easier than than a scan with password, while other customers are waiting. I’ll be gassing up at the Shell.

Password

I have downloaded the app and register with my air miles. There is no where that I can see to create a password. Can someone please help. Thanking in advance

Doesn’t work

I put in wrong email typed gnail and no place to correct so no good to me

Happy for any savings, but a helpful addition…

With all of humanity being gouged at the pumps, any small savings is good. The app would be even more helpful if our air miles card could be represented in the app via a barcode for scanning at the register.

Will not work for me.

Tried everything and I couldn't get it to work.

Username and password

I received an email from this app to link my airmiles card. When I try to log in with my email and password it says it doesn’t exist. This is after they also sent me a $10 off gas offer for signing up. If I say I don’t remember my password they say they have sent me a link by email. I have done this at least 6 times and have not received the link via the same email they sent me the original email. Why not just sms a passcode to access my app. Not worth the effort son8 will stay with Journie. Thanks for nothing.

If you get gas at Irving Oil this app is a must! So easy to use.
