## Homewood Public Library Reviews in United States

### ***** "Awesome App!"
So easy to browse through and find what I need! I love the electronic card feature, so when I may not have my physical card on hand it is always with me!
-- meller28, 2020-03-12

### ***** "This app is so convenient!"
This app allows easy, quick access to my account and most important of all, it takes me straight to the catalog where I can place a hold for pickup in a matter of seconds. Unlike some other reviews, I’ve had no issues staying logged in. If you frequent the library, you NEED this app!
-- Chaributl, 2020-03-12

### ***** "Great for putting books on hold!"
I love being able able to search for books and put them on hold to pick up at the library.
-- lynn0u812, 2020-03-12

### ***** "Fantastic!!!"
This is a great app!! It is the library on my phone.
-- Deb F J, 2020-03-11

### *---- "Great but....."
I have used the app for a year or so and always loved it, but in the last three months it has suddenly become unable to remember that I have signed in. I have to enter my full card number and pin EVERY TIME I try to use it. Makes the app worthless.
-- Gray nerd, 2019-05-27

### *---- "This app doesn’t work..."
I’ve been trying to log in all morning. Doesn’t work. This make me disappointed.
-- Audiobooks to fall asleep to, 2018-04-25

### *---- "Not sure about the new app"
I logged in just fine but when I want to choose a pickup library it's only giving me the option of the Fultondale Library. I really only go to Homewood Library so this is a problem. I checked again on July 9th, 2017 and the problem still isn't fixed. Go back to the other app if you don't want to fix this one.
-- Jazzi83, 2017-07-10

### ***** "Great library app!"
Make sure to sign in with last name, first name initial.
-- JustinReview, 2017-06-15

### *---- "Unable to use"
The app will not allow me to log into my account. Upon entering my credentials I'm given a dialog box saying "Sorry something went wrong: unauthorized". Can log in via the website and Hoover's library app without issue. Hope this is resolved soon as the app is useless, to me at least, without account access.
