## HondaLink Reviews in United States

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Love the car, but unfortunately the app doesn’t work. It won’t refresh or update.
-- Trilby16, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Doesn’t always work"
Don’t like it that much , try and remote start the car and the app doesn’t work . Try to keep refreshing and nothing happens. Not overly impressed.
-- dkolode, 2025-01-04

### **--- "Slowwwwww at Refreshing"
I’ve been using this app with my Prologue for about a month and it’s very frustrating. It takes forever to refresh and sometimes it takes a few times of hitting the refresh button in order for it to work. I didn’t have these issues when I used it with my CR-V so I’m not sure if the EV is causing the issues.
-- misniki20, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Terrible"
So bad! Literally as bad as the new Honda accords! Stupid literally
-- :(happycustom, 2025-01-04

### ***-- "Slow Response Time"
Love the features but freezes often and slow response times
-- JoJoJoBonito, 2025-01-03

### *---- "App is trash!! Wouldn’t have bought a Honda"
Three months with open ticket and no fix for remote start! Only wanted to buy a car with remote start as I live in a cold climate. Terrible support! How can this be rectified?
-- ZephXJ77, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Not reliable"
The app work during my free trial. I just purchase the year subscription and all it does is show mileages, gas and oil level.
-- Emproista, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Honda link app slow"
Response too slow or sometimes doesn’t work
-- M. Tone14, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Slow. Terrible. Honda not interested in fixing."
Unbelievably slow to connect to car. Most of the time I need to do the command two times or more for it to work. Why doesn’t Honda address the issue?
-- Elon1901, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Disappointing"
Not sure how this app even has an average of 4 stars. It barely works or takes several minutes to actually refresh and connect. The Tesla app is far superior. Heck the apps that operate my garage door opener is even better than this thing. Disappointed because I love the Prologue.
