This app is terrible. Unless I am missing something. You can only go back to the selection screen from certain selections. I end up closing and restarting it all the time to get back to the start again and select a different option.
I’ve also noticed gushes like MPG and VTEC Engagement don’t work like they usually do: VTEC’s unit of measurement is no longer “ON/OFF”, but now affixed to “°deg”. MPG is no longer the unit of measurement, Knock Level and Count isn’t % anymore and is now voltage…?? Boost Pressure is measured in HP and Horsepower is being measured at foot pounds. Some sort of glitch. Please help. FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES, just reopen the app once you start your engine. As soon as I start my engine, I close and reopen the app and it reconnects to my FlashPro. Not too much of an issue, but annoying when you’re in a rush to go somewhere. I wish it worked like my Bluetooth audio system.
Update: the latest patch has fixed my issue with the MPG display. I’m so happy, thank you! This app is great. I have a copy on my droid devices too. For some reason the fuel economy doesn’t display when I add it to the dashboard view, but it works fine from the sensor list or dedicated fuel economy view. This isn’t a deal breaker but it works fine on my droid devices and I really wish it worked on iOS too. I am using an iPad Mini 6.
Never wants to connect
Just doesn’t like to always connect
Love the app get to see all the data that I need on my car
I woke up one morning to go to work and noticed that my check engine light was on, and the car was shaking. I downloaded the Hondata app, synced my Flashpro via Bluetooth and diagnosed the problem easily. It was a misfire and I narrowed it down to a faulty ignition coil. Although I didn’t make it to work that day, this is one purchase that I do not regret!
Was working till the recent update
Freezing as soon as I turn in Bluetooth and not working seems like a new update issue
