Should you choose to purchase a premium subscription, you will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current pay period. I love honeybook! It’s the only CRM I’ve used and it’s perfect. I’m a dog trainer and was looking for a way to easily collect payments and send contracts in an all in one fashion! I also love that I can embed a contact form in my website and it sends an automated reply email as well as sends me a notification that I have a new inquiry!! It really is awesome.

I love HB, however they NEED to add a feature to text the link for invoices. I have a client now who doesn’t check her emails as often as she does texts/DMs. My only option through HB app is to to view the invoice, but I can’t copy it to text/dm it. The marketing for HB has been “text your contracts and invoices” yet we can’t do that

As a new business owner, I didn’t know where to start. I did some research and I came across HoneyBook. It was said to be an “all in one” application, and that it is!!! So far so good. I’m still learning, but it’s pretty self explanatory if you mess around with it. I’m a 90’s baby, so if my MySpace page was poppin…I know I can master this. 🙏🏽

### **--- "Just canceled my account after 65 days"
Was referred to this company and paid a year and was one of the worst experiences I have had with a payment gateway system… After processing over $4,000 within the first 10 days I didn’t get a payout for over 45 days due to several glitches in their system. All I was compensated was for 2 months of free service after my one year so it wasn’t even a true compensation. 

They then overpaid me after this and deducted the money from my account unauthorized. I didn’t even know I was over paid because within the first 40 days I processed over $10,000. Was charged $120.00 in unauthorized overdraft fees with no solution. I closed my account. This company is horrible. From the started it’s been hassle after hassle…  nothing but a waste of time, money, and energy… 

They have no phone customer service either 👎🏽
