Is honeygrow free?
Yes, honeygrow is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is honeygrow legit?
⚠️ The honeygrow app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
This app is garbage. I have tried on three occasions to use my rewards and it constantly times out and doesn’t allow it. I always think I will get back to it and then the rewards expire. I have yet to use any of the rewards it promotes, which is hardly an incentive to use it.
By the time you put your credit card in it times out and makes you return to pick another pickup time, then it loses all of your payment details and you have to start over again. On two occasions I had to do this to me three times. The first occasion I just ordered in the store. The second time this happened I just ate somewhere else. I wouldn’t even know how to tell you how to fix this.
Get “contact customer support” error when trying to login with Apple
I keep getting a customer support error when trying to login with Apple. It is not possible to login. I have never been able to login.
Literally the buggiest restaurant app I’ve ever used
It is an absolute coin flip whether I can successfully place an order with this app every single time. Either I can’t even log in or some sort of “network error” happens and I can’t place an order.
I’m on an iOS 18 iPhone 11 Pro that’s never had an issue with any other restaurant app. Are you guys are hiring the cheapest app developers or something??
It’s been 5-6 times and counting over the past year that I had to go somewhere else because I couldn’t place an order here.

Bad App UI
I need to register just to see a create your own bowl menu list? Are you serious? Then when you register your account it will make them log in instead of auto login and redirect? Did you pull a programmer from 2005 and give them a job?
Shrink-flation
I’m going to start off by saying I understand the economy isn’t what it was a few years ago, but this is absolutely ridiculous. This is my second time within the last month going to my closest honeygrow location. I order from the app during my lunch break. I checked today very closely to make sure an item (quinoa) was on my order because the last time I ordered, that ingredient showed up on my end as being included in the order but when I picked it up, the quinoa wasn’t in there. The same exact thing happened today but when I checked the ingredients list, it was mysteriously gone off the physical order receipt again. Not only that the portions have gotten astronomically small. $14 for all veggies/fruit with an ingredient missing is way too much for the portion that I’ve received for the 2nd time. If Honeygrow is going to down size the portions, downsize the price as well. I got a good 6 bites out of this “SALAD”.
Horrible App Experience
This app is not very user friendly , if all
you want to do is place a quick order, you pick guest order, pick a location, then you can view the menu, and if you try to order something the button just says login to order. I just want to order food that isnt 15 steps. Ordering ahead is broken and useless

Just getting stuck at the registering account step. No hint, no instruction.
Too much info required
Needs my whole life history to order some noodles. Then says I already have an account. Oh well guess I’ll order somewhere else
