So easy to use my loyalty points for free honeybars and stir-frys. Yum!

Multiple gift card bug

I have a couple $10 gift cards that I can’t use together. I can apply one but the checkout button is grayed out when trying to use another. This is a regression from version 3.0. It wasn’t an issue before.

Won’t login

Even though my login is correct I Haven’t been able to use the app for weeks there’s must be some bugs or something troubleshooting it

So slow!

The recent update -- or possibly server changes on the company's back end -- seems to have wrecked this app. So slow now!

Fix the bug for entering phone number

I can not proceed to do anything because it says phone invalid the plus sign keeps appearing and it stated I’m an invalid user this bites and I’m a first time customer

Confusing Ui. Bad onboarding

This app version has not improved since I saw it less than a year ago. Signing up in the app takes 45 minutes because it doesn’t auto fill your information. They automatically add gratuity of 15% to your order which makes it deceptive because you can barely see it.

Most frustrating app I use.

Always logging me out of the app for no reason. When I order ahead it automatically puts in a tip which I dislike as well.

New App Images don’t load

Cannot order at times with the app because it’s either too slow to download images.

Can’t log in

I have reset my password and tried to “create” a new account neither worked

Password Change Doesn’t Work

I tried multiple times to reset and change my password. It doesn’t work!
