## Honeywell Air Comfort Reviews in United States

### ****- "First De-Humidifiers"
This is my first De-Humidifier that I can remotely use and keep an eye on levels of humidity. One thing I do not see is the ability to see when the unit is running or not? Other than this feature seems to be functioning properly.
-- KWH2979, 2024-05-19

### ****- "Good, but needs timer editing"
Easily setup and nice to have remote on/off and timer functionality. App should have timer delete options to remove, rather than just on:off toggle.

Would also be nice to have time of day programming (1-hour before sunset, etc) in addition to hardwired times to be flexible as seasons change.
-- PippinsPaw, 2024-05-12

### ****- "Status of humidifier running"
Hi,
I do like the features of the app showing current humidity and being able to adjust and turn on and off.
What I do not see and would help the user knowing when the humidifier is running or in standby mode. As of now there is no indication in the app whether it be wording or even a color change within the app so you can tell when it is on if it is running or the fan is in standby mode waiting for temp change.
Thank you for your help,
Bryan

### *---- "Never connected"
List of requirements to connect is very 7years ago. Must have a 2.4g WiFi. Haven’t had one if those in 10 years. You can connect via Bluetooth but only in android. I’m one of those rare iPhone users. This is pathetic.
-- Gammonora, 2024-02-04

### ***-- "Is It On?"
App is workable to remotely tweak humility levels and receive notifications on bucket full and filter cleaning reminders. I was surprised the developer left out real time notification if the dehumidifier is running or off. To me that’s an important knowledge point. If I’m missing something obvious, please let me know. Otherwise it’s a 5 star stand alone monitoring and control app for the dehumidifier.
-- Pure Adrenaline, 2023-09-24

### *---- "Never could get the app to connect"
Not much more to say then what I put in the title. A little sketchy that the developer appears to be some Chinese company.

Not directly related to the app, but the product registration website doesn’t work on iPhones.
-- thomaspinckney3, 2023-05-29

### ***-- "It's good but I'd like remote access"
I wonder if it can be setup to control the humidifier from a remote location outside the home? That would be very useful.
-- AOK-Boomer, 2023-05-28

### *---- "Barely works for my AC"
This app only works for using your phone as a remote control. Anything advanced like automated scheduling is not functional. Also, it made my “smart” AC unit start getting bugs, like randomly changing its temperature without my input.
-- H837168394, 2023-05-19

### *---- "I actually did like the app."
But I don't need some pop up seeking my praise like a precious baby little insecure boy, saying hey daddy look at me look at me.
-- ObliviousFool, 2022-12-07

### ***-- "Good App Missing Key Feature"
This app is simple. That’s good. But for my dehumidifier it will not send a push notification if the reservoir is full. You have to open the app to see that’s it’s time to empty the tank.
-- I just want to watch a movie, 2022-09-12
