## Honeywell Connect Me Description
The Honeywell Connect Me app gives authorized users access to the Honeywell TC500/TC300(2.1.17.0) Thermostats in their commercial buildings. Remotely monitor sites, schedules, settings, and override controls. Add and configure devices, manage users and more – all from a mobile device.
 
Standard Features include:

Self-Sign up and add thermostat using BLE
Complete site management for multiple thermostats
User Management - add and remove users - with assigned roles
Thermostat Management, and set basic configuration
View current temperature, occupancy, humidity, mode and setpoint
Site information, view one thermostat at a time, see name and online/offline status
Schedule, create, view, update weekly and Holiday schedules

View and acknowledge critical alarms

Now supports login with personal email—no Microsoft account needed

App connection is horribly slow if it eventually connects. Thermostats continuously loses connection. We have 2 and one flashed between  sleep and temp with no way to connect. 
As other’s have mentioned, there is no way to update a schedule name. 
The largest issue, support is nonexistent. Email after email. Call after call. All of them go unanswered. Our HVAC installer is having the same issue.

This app is what would come out. Objectively the worst app I’ve ever used. I got free TC500 thermostats I need to rip off the wall because this app is so bad.

### *---- "Honeywell needs to STOP!!!!"
If I could give this application zero stars I would. I am simply trying to access the thermostat with the features. It is supposed to have and they make me use this insane application. I signed up as requested it then wants me to use a Microsoft account. I don’t want another Microsoft account.  It then asks me to use another email address at honeywellcloud.com. I cannot sign in using either email address. Even though they sent a confirmation email, Microsoft is trying to get make me use office 365 and some other email address which they cannot authenticate with.. This is the most frustrating and insane method of authentication I could ever imagine or have ever encountered. Do not waste your time with this application. It is a complete waste of bandwidth to download and time to even try. It does not deserve to take up any space on anyone’s phone.

### **--- "Special Events Scheduling is seriously buggy"
You can schedule all you want but most of the time it won’t save the name of the event. If you are trying to schedule a year’s worth of special holiday events you will have idea what is what. No matter what you type in most events are saved as Special Event 1 and Special Event 2, etc. The event names can not be edited. Useless. Otherwise the rest seems fine.

An app adolescent coders could do a better job. No way to delete sites, doesn’t connect reliably, and very limited in scope. Honeywell should be embarrassed releasing this app and promoting it as a app to control their devices. Had I known it was this bad I would never bought their devices to use it with. Not recommended.
