Out-of-the-box direct Wi-Fi – Connect to TC300 series directly with no extra hardware/setup.
Guided workflows – Intuitive flow with step-by-step device & equipment configuration.
Wiring drawings - Clear visuals to install right the first time.
Push/Apply configurations - Send device & equipment settings to the thermostat over direct Wi-Fi.
Templates - Replicate proven configuration across similar devices in minutes.
Service mode - Test and check out IOs on the spot.
Read-back & sync - Pull configuration from the thermostat to sync, verify and edit.

How this was ever let to market is a mystery. App has never worked in 2 years of owning these thermostats. Should be a class action lawsuit at this point, don’t waste your money on Honeywell products.

It was running smooth when I first set up all the controllers, but after the most resent iOS update, it stopped working. It won’t let me sign in again to see my thermostats.

I’d give it a -100 if I could. Installed and tried to set up account. Would not recognize my Gmail email address that i’ve held since 1998! Like the thermostat. Too bad the company doesn’t appreciate their customers enough to put dome bucks into hiring competent programmers.
