Game contains disturbing, non-optional violent scenes that contradict the 12+ age rating. A scene forces players to execute a helpless character begging for mercy, with no way to opt out or exit. Access to paid rewards is also blocked until the scene is completed. This should be reviewed as inappropriate content for minors.
I love this Game so much i love the characters and lore but newest events are boring!!!
After the penacony ending I lost my will to play and care about the story. Asmodeus the 4th region has copy paste designs that only change the rgb value of the characters.

This isn’t an RPG game, it’s a visual novela, but with boring dialogues, poor animation during cutscenes (sometimes there no, just a text) and bland camera. I spent 3 hours playing, guess how many real stuff I get to do (2 fights for 2 minutes) and walking, the rest was dialogues that tried to skip. I can’t even imagine how much time others have to spend without skipping dialogues!! Hoyoverse thank you for some stuff that you gave us (like free characters and some stellar jades), but this story is the worst, takes all the joy out of gaming. If you really want to make fans happy. Make a skip button like in ZZZ!
I’ve been playing star rail since the release and I enjoy it so much. The story is coherent, the dialogues pretty witty and fun. Amphoreus, which is the newest region, is my favourite one so far, although the story is still in progress and some regions, I believe, are unreleased, but it just has the right vibe for me, love it! Characters are all pretty with interesting personalities, more or less (it’s subjective of course). There are lots of events in each patch and you can get a lot of stellar jades, which is the gatcha currency in game, just by playing the game. Some characters get powercrept with the release of new characters, but I guess it’s natural in gatcha games. In this one, though, you can mostly get characters you like - as a day one player, I haven’t had any serious difficulties with that so far, sometimes you just lose, but you can get the character during their rerun banner no problem. I dislike star rail’s fandom though, the people often destroy the gaming experience and complain way too much, but there is also some positivity too. Anyways, I honestly recommend the game!
No new content for over 6 months, bad powercreep, lackluster rewards... They've also added a global buff for your account that you can only get by pulling 1 specific character and they've just introduced their first spensing event. I'm definitely not spending a penny more on this game and will quit very soon if nothing changes. I mostly want some new content, I miss the 1.x patches.
Greedy mechanics ruining story pointless gameplay
It’s a pretty decent game, and leveling up your champions is so satisfying.
That’s not the case anymore, rampant power creep, predatory practices and devs pretending to listen and fix problems
