Practice Packs Mailed Home:

The workbooks, storybooks, and celebration stickers work in tandem with the App to help children develop a deeper understanding of literacy (and mathematics!) concepts. Built by educational experts and reinforced with feedback from our customers, the Practice Pack program includes 5 Pre-reader, and 15 Learn to Read packs that include workbooks, stickers, storybooks, and in the first Pre-reader pack, flashcards that are sent to the home, monthly. I installed the app on my Apple Air2 running iOS 12. When I launch the app the progress bar shows that it is loading but then it just crashes. I tried all the common troubleshooting including uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting etc. Very disappointing

This program taught my son how to read. I love the curriculum and the workbooks that go along with the app. About 5 months ago the app stopped working. I updated it and contacted customer service but they never responded. I’ve been paying for the subscription since then because I was hoping that the issue would resolve itself with updates and time. I’m sad to cancel the subscription.
