I’ll be listening with my phone locked in my pocket and the player will suddenly jump hours away from where I’m at, which means I must then try to figure out where I left off. I love being able to explore new books and read them right from home. I just wish there wasn’t a borrow limit and it’s also has a limited selection of books from the same series. I have ended up spending more time using cloudLibrary since it doesn’t have these limitations on my reading. I’ve tried a bunch times to open a book and every time is says “calculating pages” at the bottom of the screen and the rest of the screen is blank. I’ve tried on 2 separate devices with the same problem, both Apple products. No matter how long I wait the book never loads, the screen is frozen too, so I have to close out the whole app and start over. I have never had this happen before and I’ve borrowed many books from this app. I’ve read the apps help pages and I can’t find an answer of anyone to help. I thought there used to be a way to email someone to ask for help but i don’t see it anywhere anymore.
