I can’t even sign in !!

Very bad app its crash now can’t oprn

I will never buy again Hoover appliances, not connected dishwasher, not possible connect with iphone, application is useless

Not working i’m trying to connect tge device and get stuck after adding my wifi password .. no message mentions what is the issue really sucks 😡😡

When I press on washing program to change it the app is restarting and don’t change it bad app

The connection is cut the second i start configuring the device. It is a very bad experience to have from Hoover. App needs to be updated to solve the issue. If i have less than zero start i would give it to the app

App do not work with iPhone iOS 15.4, I was quite excited to use the programmed for my washer disappointed.

Terrible/“unique” (in a bad way) design. Often doesn’t find my washing machine, I have to quit the app/relaunch it, or turn the washing machine off and turn it back on to the WiFi settings - this happens nearly every time I use it. Every month or so the app just crashes on every load, and I have to delete, reinstall, log back into the app. Hideously bad, feels like the creators have never used an iPhone app before.

I mean I guess it mostly works. The app looks pretty bad, I truly question who designed it. The “feature” the annoys me the most is that the doors never unlock after finishing a cycle. So the machine beeps to say it’s finished, you wait the two minutes, and then go to open the door. It’s still locked. You have to turn the machine off, then wait two minutes, and then you’re able to get your clothes out. I just cannot fathom as to why this is a thing. In fact, I’m assuming it’s a bug? You don’t need to do this unless you use the app
