Where is my 496LH/1-s device? WiFi stopped working some time ago.

You can't choose cycle/program because buttons are off the screen.
Poor one
For the developers of this app Poland belongs to Russia which is big offence to whole country. The suggested language selection is Russian (Poland) - after long scrillong I was albę to find Polish as stand alone. Shame on you, Candy-Hoover

Apka śmieć. Nie da się połączyć z urządzeniem.
Aplikacja nie działa prawidłowo
Nie da się połączyć z urządzeniem. Przez cały czas jest informacja o łączeniu i nic się nie dzieje. Pisząc do supportu dostajemy wskazówki, co należy zrobić, które swoją drogą i tak nie pomagają. Poza tym bez przesady, że problemem dla aplikacji jest nazwa sieci wifi lub hasło. Co to za różnica dla aplikacji czy hasło zawiera znaki specjalne czy nie. To, że aplikacja wymaga tylko częstotliwości 2,4 GHz też jest bez sensu. Bez przesady, że dla jednej aplikacji trzeba zmienić całą konfigurację sieci. Aplikacje innych producentów jakoś tego nie wymagają. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!
Problem with logging
After login app still look like no login user but send notifications about connected device. There is no way to see another screen then logging screen. Fix this ASAP! I can’t control my device.
Worst app ever. Just re-sell your device.
Constant issues with Wi-Fi connection while apps from competitors work fine. No live support available just FAQ that doesn’t cover all questions. Today i got kicked out of app and had to re-login and I don’t see my device there anymore, can add it again cause it says it’s linked with other account. Like how? I only had one and now I can’t control my device anymore and I have nowhere to ask for help cause there is no support for app available. To sum up: if you consider buying any hoover device cause you want to control it from the app - don’t. Not worth it. Sorry.

No nie idzie sparować z siecią, mimo zmiany na 2.4, wielu próbach ciągle błąd: ‚przekroczony limit czasu żądania’ i nic nie da się zrobić.
