Przez cały czas jest informacja o łączeniu i nic się nie dzieje. Pisząc do supportu dostajemy wskazówki, co należy zrobić, które swoją drogą i tak nie pomagają. Poza tym bez przesady, że problemem dla aplikacji jest nazwa sieci wifi lub hasło. Co to za różnica dla aplikacji czy hasło zawiera znaki specjalne czy nie. To, że aplikacja wymaga tylko częstotliwości 2,4 GHz też jest bez sensu. Bez przesady, że dla jednej aplikacji trzeba zmienić całą konfigurację sieci. Aplikacje innych producentów jakoś tego nie wymagają. I only had one and now I can’t control my device anymore and I have nowhere to ask for help cause there is no support for app available. To sum up: if you consider buying any hoover device cause you want to control it from the app - don’t. Not worth it.
