## Hop Passport Reviews in United States

### ***** "Amazing"
I rarely leave app feedback, but I had to give you a shoutout for your privacy policy. You could easily milk this app for tons of user data, but instead you elected to not collect data. Thank you for your wonderful product and ethics.
-- Marsh728, 2025-03-09

### *---- "Never received"
Bought the virtual passport never got it. Very disappointing.
-- Ella M Barker, 2025-02-25

### *---- "Hop Passport Customer Service is TERRRIBLE!"
Don’t buy the passport, I was gifted this one a feb 7th for a certain event we were all attending together. My friends passports still aren’t delivered feb 22… MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER!
-- will k p, 2025-02-22

### ***-- "We’ll see"
Just starting one this year. My first impressions of the app aren’t great; no way you’re getting access to all of my photo library. Sorry. If this isn’t fixed by end of year, I won’t be back next year.
-- KE9FOX, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Not for people who live far from cities"
Skips over all that are within 50 miles of me😳
-- Bulk182, 2024-07-04

### *---- "No breweries in PA"
I down loaded and signed up and there are no places even close to me,100 miles.
-- Muskyrb, 2023-01-05

### *---- "Missing locations"
I bought the paper book and downloaded the app. The app is missing many of the breweries in the physical book. In other words, if you only bought the app, you are missing a number of breweries that others can access with the physical book. Example: Lariat Lodge in Littleton and Evergreen Colorado. In the book, not in the app.
-- The Boom Noodle, 2022-12-25

### ***** "Great app"
Loyal hop passport member for 4 years. Annual item we buy every year now. Great to discover new breweries you never knew were there. Love this app!
-- Hdjsndc, 2022-05-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Nothing comes up anymore. All my previous stamps are gone. No breweries come up on location. A total garbage app at this point.
-- Jennmylar, 2022-05-06

### *---- "Would love it if anyone would honor it"
Seemed like a fun way to get discounts. The problem has been over half of the establishments into which we have tried to use the App have no idea what it is or how to honor it. Customer service provided no support.
