The driver drove in the completely opposite direction on purpose to overchsrge me
Possibility of getting harassed
Some creeps on there , be careful when taking a ride ! I got harassed on a ride and there’s no report options, customer survive don’t answer , use it at your own risk
Image improvement
Even the driver said that he doesn’t get accurate location, and I have been provided the image that the app didn’t have accurate location so I need to be careful about. I thought this is crucial part for the platform to capture the market hence thought to share, may It will help improve the app.
Good Service
The app itself is pretty good and the prices are even better.
Garbage App & Service - Stay Away
Ordered a ride, was shown a price which I accepted. When driver picked up his app was not showing him any directions and he took the wrong route adding 20 min to the driving time. Driver apologized and showed me the interface but upon drop off I was charged additional for their mistake. Reached out to support and no response but an automated AI saying someone will get back to me.
Gps doesn't give accurate drop off location
The app is good but they need to improve the improve the gps for drop locations the gps dropped me off in the middle of the street instead of my work place
Canadian riding service
Not many drivers know about this App but you should use this instead of Uber or Lyft etc. they are American base riding service provider. Hopp is Canadian and the price is reasonable and no pressure for the tip with percentage selection. Not many drivers know it seems. Please drivers. Join this App. I love this service so far. Strongly recommended.

so at first it was hard to get rides but during peak times its not bad. i had to order like 7-8 times but worth for the price. my code gives you 70% off :) VQEPCS
