Too expensive

I ran over a bump and the roller suddenly stopped and turned off. (Okay) I late from school. (Okay?) Then they charged me 5 dollars for inappropriate parking (Okay??) Then the customer service didn’t respond to my messages. (Okay??!!) It’s not okay at all, I will never ride with this company.

The scooter stopped in the middle of the road and it had 79% battery and when i took it to the parking space to park it it didnt allow me to park saying it was sparked in an invalid parking space although it was in the green square but on the app it showed that its in the middle of the road and it didnt let me pause or end my trip and it kept on counting minutes and charging me for it although it was off and didnt allow me to use the scooter or end the trip and after 90 minutes of me waiting for it to work it turned back on and i managed to end the trip hut it charged me a lot although it was their fault, this is unacceptable and i ask for a refund for the amount paid a compensation for the amount of time i waited for my scooter to work in the cold and it stopping in the middle of the way

I had a ride and when I wanted to end it the end ride button was frozen, restart and reinstall did not help at all. After 10 minutes of trying to end my ride I decided to go home and tried again when I got there, and it worked, but charged me three times more than my ride was.. My ride was 12 minutes long and it shows 36 minutes because the button did not work when it was supposed to. I contacted the support and I told them about what happened, screenshotted everything, made a pic about my parking, but they didn’t pay me back.

Be careful riding these in Pecs, I had several problems with the GPS system being confused, limiting the speed to 10km (which is fine on pedestrian roads but this happens when I am on a car road and there are several cars behind me which makes it very dangerous and switching back and forth.) Terrible customer support because a month ago, I had a minor accident and injured myself because this GPS errors, reached them and requested to improve their GPs issues. They did not answer back. After one(1) whole month, manager called me and instead of saying “We are sorry about your injury, get well soon, we will take your feedback into consideration etc.”, he told me, “I saw your message a month ago but I did not feel like it needed to be answered.” and argued with me on the phone, which was sadly disappointing. Hoping to see better scooter sharing companies in Pecs.
