The contact info and so called live support if something went wrong are not working. I expiranced issues where i cant end my ride and the app doesnt work after that. And They have no phone number or good working help for anything it seems to.

Have had 2 incedents now that the ride won’t end. We are now on hour number 1 of trying to stop the ride and it is still not working. Maybe you think it would be a good idea to contact support, NO. Have filed 4 complaints and no one is answering, they don’t have live support nor do they have a phone number to call in cases like this. That should be a given with a company like this.
