As a ride giver it is nearly impossible to withdraw money. They keep on rejecting giving frivolous reasons. Like “account no not correct”, its has been verified multiple times by me. Account number, IFSC code and name are all correct. And no response from customer care. I switched back to Quickride which is far more clean, ethical and prompt in response. Sad to see the state of affair at Hopr.

This app may be convenient for passengers; however, from a bike rider’s perspective, the earning opportunities are currently not competitive compared to other ride-hailing platforms such as Rapido and Uber.

Additionally, the app does not currently provide riders with an option to negotiate or suggest a suitable fare based on factors such as distance, travel time, and operational expenses. Providing greater pricing flexibility could help create a more balanced and beneficial experience for riders.

I recommend reviewing the fare structure and introducing better earning opportunities and pricing options for bike riders. Improving these areas would encourage more riders to use the platform and contribute to its long-term growth.

Used Hopr for carpooling today and was thoroughly impressed! The user interface is super clean, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Beyond the great UX, carpooling is such a simple way to cut down on traffic and reduce our carbon footprint. Strongly recommend giving this app a try!

I completed a ride, picked up the guest, and dropped them at the designated location successfully. However, the payment has not been credited to my account, and the completed ride is not even showing in my ride history.

What’s even more frustrating is the extremely poor customer support. Despite contacting the support team, I have not received a proper resolution or satisfactory response. Drivers should not have to repeatedly follow up for payment for a ride they have already completed.

Very disappointing experience. HOPR seriously needs to improve its payment system and customer support.

If possible, please have someone from the HOPR team contact me directly and help resolve this issue.

I have been using your app for the past two weeks, and suddenly, the fares for my daily commute have increased. Hosts are now making money through the app and do not care about the inconvenience caused to guests by these high prices. A fare of ₹50–60 is reasonable for the Gurgaon-Faridabad round trip, but now the cost exceeds ₹90 per ride. I suggest introducing a fare negotiation option; the app will only remain useful if that is done. Please keep this app focused on carpooling rather than profit-making. Thank you.

Initial 3 rides it was good after that though host is available it doesnot show on the app… even if i try to book one day prior it will not show any ride … waste of time…

This app has a bug, by default it will take your vehicle as a bike. And it will not allow to add the same number in car section. 
Requested support in the app with RC details on June 19, didn’t get the resolution till now. 
Wrote a mail to support on June 19, I will get a reply saying we are escalating to the concerned, but till now its not resolved. 

There is no option to delete the vehicle.

Update: Hopr team called me and resolved the issue in a couple of days.
