## HOPR Transit Reviews in United States

### *---- "Location shows wrong state"
I downloaded the app, create an an account and the app tells me I’m in California when I’m in New York. Location service services are set to always and I’ve reinstalled the app twice. Completely unusable in Rochester, New York.
-- Matty Van, 2026-03-29

### *---- "NOT FOR ORLANDO"
I opened an account because HOPR claimed to be “the official bikeshare of Orlando.” They made me give them all my personal information just to look at the map of locations. Then once they had my info, it is revealed to me that HOPR does not operate in Orlando at all, only Miami. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to delete my account.
-- Ahm76, 2025-02-18

### *---- "Does not work"
I tried 20 bicycles in ubc. 19 out of 20 did not work due to app issues.
-- Bijanssssss, 2023-10-23

### *---- "No good"
Website won’t allow me to search for my location. App malfunctions and does not work due to an unspecified error.
-- Kenzo1967, 2023-10-23

### *---- "Charged 2 times and way more than what I should’ve been charged"
Inaccurate information on the receipt
-- MannyAja, 2023-10-10

### *---- "Garbage"
App doesn’t work. No text codes to complete enrollment. Call support just says this is an ongoing issue they will report to development team. Just an awful service and a complete waste of time.
-- JR31.1, 2023-09-14

### *---- "not receiving text message for registration"
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-- blacklightbanana, 2023-09-04

### *---- "Few bikes available in Atlanta"
You cannot see online how many bike or bike stations are available in a location. Had to download the app, enter phone number and email address to find out that (when I checked) there were only seven bicycles available in all of Atlanta. Deleting app less than an hour after downloading.
-- Another Commuter Listener, 2023-08-19

### *---- "Don’t use this"
Loaded money into the app. I tried to use the bike and every bike wouldn’t work. I tried to get my money back and customer service was like “once you paid we can’t refund you”. Here I am trying to use it and the app won’t let me login. Don’t even bother.
-- Atruong, 2023-07-21

### ***** "Great Ride"
What a great advantage to having these bikes at work. Tires definitely need to be filled up a little bit more and some bikes a little hard to unlock. Other than that it was perfect.
