Very very very disappointed
I need product on 22nd of December but product is not diliverd to me ......?? Like siriusly very poor service 😑

I would rate it Zero because I have not yet received the order which needs to be delivered on time but still the status shows not yet out for delivery. This was my first and last order from Hopscotch a very big mistake from my side even though there are many options who delivers the product before delivery date even if it’s a COD or prepaid. This order was prepaid and was expecting it on date. But not

I love the product I ordered! It is exactly like the picture in terms of quality. I am extremely happy with the product’s quality and dress style.
Worst delivery and extremely unreliable
I made a purchase for my daughter’s Annaprashan. First they didn’t deliver in time. Then they asked me to pick it up from their hub. (Until this point I was okay). My husband went to the address provided and got to know it has been shut for a year or more. The number provided was also not reachable. Hopscotch has wasted mine and my husband’s time and I will definitely never buy from them again.
I had a very bad experience from your end
I actually ordered a coat but in return i recieved a cotton frock so i made a option of returning this item since then none of your delivery boy came here and it’s been 3 days your app shows me the delivery boy will come but no one come here till now…. Very bad
Don’t buy from hopscotch
There is no proper process at hopscotch to process your refunds. My refund was never sent And hopscotch claims they already processed and there is no provision to raise any dispute, the customer care is a bunch of people who have only one answer that they can do nothing now. I have voice recording from customer care person mentioning they don’t have any process at their end and they can’t help. Better buy from a reputed online App like Amazon Flipkart etc
