## HopSkipDrive CareDriver Reviews in United States

### ***** "Having fun"
Yes it’s like having fun and taking your neighbors kids to and from school!
Easy hours that you make yourself. Along with the steady payday every week like clockwork. It’s a pretty good gig since retiring.
-- Ruby Roo 's Mama, 2024-12-13

### **--- "About GPS"
Some of the place is not clearly reach at destination. Last week mean 1st week of December rider not answering the call some the riders not showing and some rides were canceled after the rides time expired.
-- Timsina, 2024-12-10

### ***** "Nizar"
It had been a pleasant experience working with the community for the community
-- AbuTarikAlsadi, 2024-12-07

### *---- "They will fire you"
pickup with the mom, and thought I was doing the right thing. I figured the child would arrive to school just to school doors are opening and he wouldn’t be left alone. Shortly after that, my driver metrics fell. I never even knew we had a driver metrics, and I never received a driver success card. HopSkipDrive trust and safety team refused to do a thorough investigation, they refuse to contact the child’s mother to confirm my story. They would rather a driver leave a seven-year-old boy outside in the cold alone and the dark in the streets of Detroit then arrive a few minutes later I was a driver for three years and they banned me. While they allow other drivers on the platform to continue to drive. I’ve heard numerous complaints from my young riders that their driver was speeding, one even saw a beer bottle upfront with their driver, another one was rude, they don’t care. They never gave me a second chance. The appeal process is a joke. If you sign up with Hop Skip be mindful that your child may be put in danger.
-- TriciaWalk, 2024-11-23

### ****- "GPS"
It constantly rotates during my trips
-- Detroitbigdave, 2024-11-07

### ***** "The app is good; going through the process to become a driver is extremely long"
The app is good; going through the process to become a driver is extremely long.
-- TroyParks, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Unhappy Care Driver"
Unhappy driver for this program. Lack of communication. Provided incorrect addresses to pick up
minors then get blamed for being late. Hop skip drive calls and texts you and if u answer you get ridiculed for it and a bad review for using your phone during a drive. This program works backwards
-- domisthebomb, 2024-10-31

### *---- "Speeding policy"
I don’t like the speeding policy, we better know how to drive safe.
And the trip fares, are 70% decreased compare to 2022-23 , they are still trying to hire more drivers, to bring the drivers fare 80-90% down. Don’t sign up, you will be disappoint.
-- havssjsdon, 2024-10-09

### ***-- "Connection"
I’m calling waiting 1 our
-- Mehmet Bağa, 2024-09-27

### ***** "Very good service"
I really like the service of hope skip team
-- Neeru desor, 2024-09-26
