## Horizon Bank Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "It’s ok but needs notifications"
Pretty good app for banking but I would love the ability to enable notifications for credits and debits etc.
-- 7lHd, 2026-07-13

### *---- "Useless update"
Wow, really great update guys, your “refresh” is just an app that does nothing but say “connection error”. Now have to do everything the long way through my browser. Well done. Absolutely groundbreaking effort.
-- sirboloski, 2025-10-29

### **--- "Quick Balance"
The new updated app has the quick balance function same as old app, but new one doesn’t work, you can set which account you want to use as a quick balance, but to get it accurate you have to log in which defeats the purpose.
-- Mickwhe, 2024-03-15

### *---- "Not a good app at all"
The app seems to run very slowly (as does the web page) and it’s not very intuitive. Choice of wording the functionalities aren’t very obvious for what they do. It used to be so much better.
-- LiaMcMahon, 2023-03-20

### ***** "This bank is the best the staff are so helpful and friendly."
I love you guys thankyou for been so helpful and friendly.
-- cece wombat, 2022-08-09

### *---- "Horrible"
Biggest problem is minimal support for 2 to sign transfers. I can start a transfer but the other signatory can’t authorise it. What use is that for a business
Who thought it was a good idea to put the OK button next to the logout button?
When you do logout you see the same home page of buttons as when you’re logged in
-- sss@bbb, 2022-07-07

### ***** "Great App"
Best banking app every would highly recommend
-- taylorlauraswifty1989, 2020-06-27

### *---- "Worst Banking App Ever!"
It was better before, a horrible design and why is there still no 4 digit pin to log in?!?
-- VeggieDelight07, 2015-05-26

### ***** "Awesome"
This app is awesome. I'm able to access my online banking anywhere. It uses maps to show me where my closest branch is and Rediatm. It has lots of info about Horizon's products and services. I was able to personalise it with a photo. Stoked!
-- Kokimo!, 2014-09-24

### ***** "Really good app"
This app has plenty of info & is very easy to navigate.
