Why are images the only allowable file format for claims submissions? Most providers don’t send a printed invoice anymore - they send PDFs via email. So to submit a claim, the PDF needs to be converted to an image, which is a huge hassle. And if your going to only allow images, at least give the app access to the camera. Why do I. Red to take photos outside the app and upload? Why not take them from in the app? The whole system and service is terrible - and inevitably you need to call customer service because the invoice gets rejected for some silly reason.

Face ID stopped working a month ago. I called several times but it’s still not fixed.

The new update no longer saves my password for use or allows for Face ID. Please bring these back and allow for customers to choose multi factor authorization or Face ID.

Pretty clear testing on iOS was not done fully. Popup moves and doesn’t allow for zip code to be entered and keyboard doesn’t come up.

I can no longer find doctors within a reasonable distance on this app. It’s frustrating to constantly receive the same ten doctors for one specialty that are located nowhere near me. I suggest whoever is in charge of this issue or feature to fix it becomes it’s unacceptable. It’s almost as if the app is saying that there are no doctors in an entire county who accept this kind of insurance. Fix it.
