## Horizon CU Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### *---- "Widget hasn’t been updated for iOS 18"
There was a banking widget for iOS 15 that allowed you to put a widget showing your account balances on your phones screen, no need to open app and log in, with the new iOS the widget no longer exists. It just needs to be updated
-- Hintfdfffgvgvhvh, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Behind the times"
HZCU app and the organization itself has always been behind the times and depending on location, poor service.
-- mbholthaus, 2024-08-23

### *---- "WORST BANK EVER"
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do not waste your time doing business with Horizon credit union. Washington trust bank is a million times better. This place is a joke!!
-- ADHINMELOSSA, 2024-08-02

### **--- "Very Slow Updates on Account Balances"
Of all the financial service apps I use, this one has the slowest update on transactions (aside from debit). It can sometimes take days for my checking account to balance on the app. I will watch it and this long time delay even happens on weekday and not just weekends.
-- S. Fay, 2024-05-11

### *---- "Review the app"
Not user friendly and pretty complicated and have to take lots of extra steps for something that shouldn’t be that difficult.
-- Lsjthaja, 2023-11-06

### ***** "Simply the best!"
I would like to say how friendly and great the staff are at your Washington Street location. They recognize me and we have great conversations.
We laugh, and I feel cared for and appreciated.
Oh yes and they do great with the banking aspect also lol.
-- Bluebird222, 2023-10-12

### *---- "Recent update -5/18/23"
So I’ve been using this app for probably about 5 years now and I’ve loved it for its simple intuitive interface
The recent update has changed that
Where once it was easy to see your accounts and make transfers, manage them and pay them off now that setting is hidden in a sub-menu and the opening page is filled with reviewing their policy with no way to dismiss or readdress
Until they have updated it again I would strongly recommend avoiding this app
It’s a mess right now
-- UllavTir, 2023-05-18

### *---- "Closed account without notice- WORST BANK"
Worst bank ever. Paid for payment protection for years in case of emergency’s and had back surgery they closed my visa account and never contacted me. I’ve had this bank for years and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Even the lady emailing me never mentioned who to call and they’re still billing me for the protection payment insurance even after they closed my visa worst bank ever.! User friendly! Love my horizon and the staff ladies at the Spokane valley location know me by name and are always so professional and kind. I would work there lol
-- Amanda Lynn7, 2023-03-24

### ****- "Blind"
It is not completely accessible for the blind. i’m not able to tell where money has been going in my account..
-- brittney713, 2022-12-24

### ****- "Great banking app"
I can do most anything I need from the app. Very convenient and login is very fast.
