This app is so useless, I went and parked elsewhere. Ripoff.

Teribile app. Will avoid parking places that uses it.

No Apple Pay or google pay. Doesn’t have functionality to use stored passwords. Only gives you the exact address AFTER you book your parking, so good luck if you’re not next to a sign with the details. You need to pay service charge for each booking. Which ever council uses this app for their parking are the worst!

Can’t register my card

Can’t add my expiration date for my card - and the contact details for the developer don’t work - no doubt i’ll now receive a parking ticket

Wouldn’t even accept any of my 5 cards. Glitches out and closes or freezes. Just the worst kind of money grabbing app.

I hate these shoddy parking apps and this one is no exception. Most important: why can’t you just support ApplePay? Why do I have to give you my card details?

No discount off next booking as promised

Every step of registering this was painful and not sure why anyone would use this over ringo or pay by phone which both work fine

App doesn’t work

Current app doesn’t permit you to enter your car registration details, so you’ll spend 20 minutes of your life downloading and registering only for it not to work. My advice is to park somewhere else.

Too much

I don’t understand why you need my details and i have to input my card info into a dodgy app. Why can’t i just pay at a machine using contactless, takes much less time. Seems like there is no ANPR picking up when I actually visited so I could’ve put any time down.
