Hornady Reloading Guide

Since the new update came out 4 months ago it just keeps showing an error message when I open it. Aggravating for a paid app.

It’s repeatedly giving me an unknown error message. Please figure you apps out.

Nothing better for anyone hunts

I bought the physical book. This app seems like it had all the same info just I could pull it up on the iPad. The book even has a page directing you to download the app. Yet I can’t view any of the info for anything in the 11th edition book that I own. I’m not paying 20 more to get the same info in the app. These vendors need to get their stuff together and give apps that don’t nickel and dime when they aren’t in the business of software micro transactions. They are a company that makes bullets and reloading stuff. It’s insulting that this is such a bother. They only have data for their bullets too, so the info is all in brand. Just give the info for free, like every other manufacturer. Not $0.99 per cartridge.

Paid for numerous calibers to have, but the app just never works. Will not open, load, shows error popups.. waste of money. If Hornady can’t have a halfway functional app even after paying for it, I’m doubting their data for loading and everything else. Maybe the subcontracted it all out to china.. who knows, but I’m off anything Hornady now.

Doesn’t have everything but does have a large vast amount of stuff. I’d like it if they added load data for newer projectiles to it without needing to buy the next edition.

I love how I paid for this app then the app crapped out for over a year and never worked. They finally fixed the app and now I have to pay for everything again and have a subscription. Such a waste of money. Buy yourself a hard copy.

Glitches are regular in the app opening.

The good thing is that you only pay for the data on the cartridges that you want. The bad part is most of the time the app is so bug ridden that you might not even be able to retrieve what you have paid for !
