Nobody told me of any changes and it isn’t letting me log in like it should and I already lost the CashWise app due to developer problems but they kept blaming the bank for our cards not working, and my iPad keeps interfering installing passwords that aren’t mine which is irritating it acts like it wants me to start all over yet isn’t acting right when I put my password there is no log in function plus there’s been some suspicious activity on my devices like somebody is hacking me like my tablet gets extremely hot, yesterday while on Twitter another app got in my way and not sure why or how but on my first tablet and smart phone I got hacked immediately so I’m very suspicious and paranoid but there is no update for the app itself but my tablet updated but somebody erased all my info yet still has my info so it confuses me how can a 4 digit passcode be safe from hackers?
I tried to make a shopping list and just want to add honey. There are suggestions for anything and everything that contains honey, but just a bottle of honey…..difficult to find to add to the list. Same problem with Minute Rice. Nope, had to type in Minute Ready. Not user friendly!
Type in Coke it shows you Pepsi. Worse that ever now, type anything in and it shows you ‘results for “s” instead of anything else you type. Used to be great. Goes down hill with each update.
Oh. My. Gosh this app is so slow, refuses to load at all if you have less than full WiFi service, and takes forever to open the ad or anything else when you do have full service. Also, the coupons in the app do not apply about 80% of the time, so pay attention if you’re using them. Generally have to have the cashier manually put the coupon in.
Either train cashiers to ask if you have the app, be able to scan the app barcode at any time during checkout or allow the customer to upload the receipt when they get home.
This app is confusing. The section titled coupons is actually where you go to redeem your rewards. I can find some sale items but I still cannot find where the actual coupons are I can clip. You’ll spend more time trying to figure this out then saving money
When attempting to view the ad flyer under the menu, the app crashes. There is no way to access the weekly ad.
“Just delete it and re-download it, it should work then.” this is what the head cashier said to me. I have done this several times and it is still the same issue. It still kicks me out of the app.
Opened the app today. Location question came up. I clicked don’t allow. It wouldn’t accept that. Clicked allow to try to get passed it. It wouldn’t accept that. The allow question will not go away rendering my iPad useless. I’m currently letting the battery run down. Hopefully it will shut down and then start up without the location question blocking everything. If not, you will owe me a new iPad.
