Description
Hospital Radio Chelmsford was established in 1964, initially broadcasting from the Chelmsford and Essex Hospital and then subsequently for a number of years from the Gate Lodge at St. John's Hospital. We now broadcast from our studio complex at Broomfield Hospital. This comprises of two main studios and a third studio for production.
Our hi-tech digital music library, provided by Myriad, consists of approximately 40,000 music tracks catalogued by genre, which enables the presenters to easily find the style of music to be played. This then gets broadcast to you via a digital play out system to our mobile app.
