Country chats are gone

I used to be able to access country chats but for some reason it’s not on the app anymore?

Absolute garbage

The search tool for hostels is horrific and the app won't let you to sign in on iOS.

Not recommend

I lost 20€ due to an error in the app’s booking process. Please just book directly from the hostel’s website.

Isn’t it too easy to make an order???

I am new to this app and made an order like way too easy, I canceled it immediately but unfortunately it didn’t apply for the 48 hours cancellation policy because it was 1 midnight so that was 47 hours before check in. And I have been charged for the full price of 2 nights. I think that is totally unfair, at least should refund me the second night. And the app was way too easy to pay, should really add one more step before payment or just make a process bar to let me know which step I am so I know what’s going on next.

Easy to use abd looks cute. However, usually you can find cheaper prices for the same hostels in some other hostel/hotel site.
