Non existant customer service

Customer care doesn’t work but rest of app working - seems on purpose. Don’t use hostelworld - haven’t been double charged and can’t contact anyone about it

Missed places

It was really difficult to find a option in Bali today, the app didn’t show all the places available at the island.

Will the amount I paid to make the reservation be refunded? Or can I use it as a voucher for a new booking? Best regards,

Bug in the app

I cannot use single sign on to log in into the app as it won’t let me select any option. I’m stuck on that screen.

Terrible customer service

Too money out of my account multiple times and got charged for extra hostels and people , also have gotten back to any of my emails in over a month , if anyone is planning on booking hostels stay clear of this app

Scammed money and giving reason saying that the booking was successful!!!!!!!

Amazing experience with have plans tray for 3 nights, but later experience I change mind and staying for more than one week strongly recommend great staff great location safe and clean place

COVID19

Na tentativa frustrada de cancelamento e reembolso de uma reserva para Londres, o aplicativo fez pouco caso quando foi solicitado reembolso visando as orientações que estão sendo feitas mundialmente de isolamento social. A resposta foi que seria possível um “crédito” no aplicativo para futuras reservas. Não foi de interesse meu crédito mas sim o meu dinheiro de volta. Lamentável a postura do aplicativo perante a este momento.
