I just tried to connect to the new app and am unable to do so. I called Watkins and they say a hardware change is required. Watkins please tell the truth to your dealers, so they can be accurate to the consumer. This is sooooo disappointing! This is an update to my initial review. I have worked with Watkins and the local dealer and they provided me with the updated hardware and installed it. The new App is much more accurate and enables me to monitor and control my hot tub remotely. Thank you Watkins for the Upgraded APP! -- Frisco Colorado store, 2026-02-24 ### *---- "What spa???" What is the use of this app exactly? The legacy one is a joke that never works, and now this one doesn’t list what models works with? Also the legacy user/pass not working here…So many morons in this company! -- P85DL, 2026-01-08 [View all Hot Spring® Spas reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hot Spring® Spas Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/united-states) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/switzerland) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/canada) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/cyprus) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/estonia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/australia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/hungary) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/lithuania) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/new-zealand) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/slovakia) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/croatia) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/hot-spring-spas-GPsy/bulgaria) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
