## Hotel Collection Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Complete information searching"
AftTher?????gave me no option to choose what scent I preferred
-- So Concern Driver, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Love all their products"
Bought everything from wine to travel bags to scents. Nothing has disappointed!
-- Jnfrcher, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Worst customer service"
It is impossible to talk to a live human being from this company. They do not fulfill their orders, yet charge your credit card as if they did. Then, you have no way to talk to a person. In my 57 years of living, this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!
-- RiRi795, 2024-09-01

### ***-- "Love the product"
I love the product but this app should be way more user friendly I can’t seem to change my information and when you call for help your on hold for 20 minutes or more without talking to someone I’m actually on hold as I’m writing this review
-- BeeJayTaylor, 2024-06-27

### ***** "App works well"
Love that Hotel Collection is now available as an app! I can now heart my favorite products and go back to them so easily when I’m ready to buy
-- Ashleycpisc, 2024-04-24

### ***** "10/10"
This app is user friendly and their scents are even better than Aroma360’s.
-- GeorgieSama, 2024-03-12

### ***** "The best scents!"
Best scents ever. The scents are so luxurious. They also have beautiful luggage. And laundry pods that i am in love with! I will never do my laundry with any other products.
-- karinera123, 2024-03-12
